So sad these days how so many musicians are really struggling to get their personal lives together, Brittany, Amy, and so on. The Grammy's actually sound really interesting this year because there are so many different singers and groups up for awards. In today's NYT, there's an article about how Amy Winehouse was denied a visa so she will not be making the flight overseas but instead will be satellited in for the show. Read more at:

yeah, i am pretty obsessed with the breakdown of the american celebrity right now. but especially with amy. i must have watched the video of her smoking the bad stuff about 3 times, just completely in awe. she is SO talented. it breaks my heart.
PS Amy Winehouse was apparently actually granted the visa after all....(following an appeal of the decision)

did you watch her performance tonight? we just watched it... she looked..relatively alright... but still. just so bizarre.
I went to sleep before she came on but saw some of the replay on the news...it was a bit bizarre...I really liked Beyonce and Tina's performance of Proud Mary, they are both hot...
